SEEN Education

PEOPLE & EXPERIENCE MEDIA INTERN

SEEN Education isn’t just any early childhood education company in New South Wales—it’s redefining learning across 16 school centers with two distinct curriculums. My job? Making sure both educators and families actually felt that mission, whether through internal resources or digital storytelling.

To streamline onboarding, I consolidated 50 scattered documents into two clear guides—one helping new educators hit the ground running after easy onboarding, the other breaking down teacher benefits. I tailored two versions of the benefits doc to fit SEEN Ed.’s different curriculums, then ideated, wrote, designed, and presented it to the company’s Executive Leadership Team. My benefits poster was then printed and mass-distributed across all 16 locations.

On the marketing side, I crafted, wrote copy for, and designed Instagram posts ten times a week, highlighting activities at each school. This meant coordinating with directors and teachers across locations and even leading training sessions to empower staff to manage their own social platforms instead of relying on HQ.

From strategy to execution, I helped SEEN Ed.’s message land where it mattered—whether in a teacher’s hands or on a parent’s feed.
