As a project manager for Allen Hall Advertising, I led a team tackling a challenge from Eugene’s premier performing arts venue, the Hult Center: How do we get UO students off campus and into the audience?

Our solution? Make it an adventure.

We developed “Hult on the Horizon”, a weekly social series highlighting upcoming performances, and launched “Adventure Awaits”, a campaign reframing theatergoing as a whole experience—not just a show, but a night out. We mapped out pre- and post-show stops, from local restaurants and bars to hidden-gem shops, showing students that a trip downtown isn’t just entertainment—it’s an event worth planning for.

As project manager, I led a team of 11 creatives, keeping us on track with weekly deadlines, client presentations, and deliverables. Over 10 weeks, we worked directly with the Hult Center and campus groups to drive student attendance. What we learned is that sometimes all it takes to fill the seats is the right invitation—and the right adventure to make them want to come back for more.
